WWE superstars – Where are they now?

WWE Stars Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy Sign Autographs at Bookends Bookstore in Ridgewood, New Jersey

1. Umaga - A ruthless wrestler, nicknamed the ‘Samoan Beast’ soon cemented his place in the company with the support of Vince       McMahon in his early days. His feuds with Triple H and Lashley were highly enjoyed by the crowd. Devastating moves and his natural swiftness in the ring set him apart from the crowd. But sadly, Umaga had a silent death at the age of 36 while he was watching TV at home. And very few fans know about it.
2. Finlay- He came from the WCW circuit and was a hardcore fighter.  He was respected by all in the locker room for the in-ring skills he possessed and the mental toughness he had. David Finlay was fired by WWE in 2011 due to his ugly issue with the United States Army National Guard, which is a major sponsor of WWE programming. And after that, Finlay took a semi-retirement from wrestling.
3. Bobby Lashley- A power house, most famous for joining Donald Trump’s team and getting Vince Mcmahon bald! He established himself in the company in his early days itself and became the Intercontinental champion and later on,  the ECW champion. He suprisingly quit WWE to join TNA and worked with them till the latter part of 2010, and now, Lashley has recently signed a multi year contract with MMA.
4. Mr. Kennedy- This guy was having a good run in the WWE before his exit. He was in an exciting feud with Randy Orton, the World heavyweight champion back than, but Kennedy, the big mouth that he was, literally screwed himself. He faked a wrist injury which resulted in him getting suspended. Kennedy then joined TNA with the ring name Mr. Anderson in 2010 and worked with likes of Kurt Angle and Abyss. He became a champion in 2011, and ever since, has been on the top of  the TNA roster.
5. Jeff Hardy- Need I say about this man. Wild, talented, charismatic, risk taker and a pure entertainer. Jeff made his debut in WWE in 1994 and drew huge attention from the crowd in the very beginning of his career. Jeff and Matt ‘Hardy Boyz’ were on top from 1998-’02 in the tag-team section. He left WWE in 2003 and joined TNA in 2004 only to later came back to WWE , where he worked till 2009 and also became the WWE champion. But again went back to TNA in 2010 and in a recent interview he said,  ”I’m happy working with this company as my style suits TNA where there is no sort of restrictions imposed on me.” He has signed a long term contract with TNA and has become a multi-time champion since his return to the company.
WWE in last decade or so has seen many wrestlers come and go, who could have had a long run in the company. But now with a new management in place, the scenario is different, and the WWE is looking at long-term prospects
